- Payment is required in advance to confirm services.
- Cancellations 48+ hours before the appointment receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
- Same-day cancellations receive no refund.
- Additional time beyond the reservation will be billed.
- Travel fees may apply.
- Booking requests are not confirmed until accepted by Hola Connections.
